Looks nice. But it doesn't really offer anything more than I have already (and mine still runs). While I like the 7.3L, I like the V10 more (less to go wrong, more power, much quieter). And that van has the main reason I didn't end up with a 7.3L the first go around.... it's got that ugly vinyl/rubber everything interior. I know some guys like that, but I don't. Especially on hot days or long road-trips.

I was toying around with the idea of a newer one for a short time ('09+ probably) but I decided I'm keeping mine for a while. It's in too nice a shape to justify spending money on something newer, especially since I'd rather spend the dough on camping upgrades.

For you diesel folks: Is there anything noteworthy that it has been running biodiesel? (So says the sticker on the back).

I don't actually care- I'm happy with my van. I'm just curious if running biodiesel does anything to the engine.

If good quality bio, it will act much like a fuel additive does to help keep the injectors and engine clean. Just a side note-If running bio, especially B100 and for the first time on an older engine, it may loosen deposits from the fuel tank and clog you fuel filter, alway good to carry an extra. I run B20 regularly year round and B100 every so often, in the warmer months because of higher viscosity? Anyway, 100% bio-diesel (B100) gels at lower temps, never had a clog or any other related issues. Filters changed at regular intervals.

FYI
I just put a tranny in my 1999 Ford F450 wrecker with a 7.3 and it cost $5.200 I did change to a bigger Aluminum pan and a bigger cooler. so just tack that on top.

Yes I know I could have got it a little cheaper but I went with new bigger and better, with a 3yr unlimited warranty I also had it done so some of that is labor.
