That's very similar to my van.
I have a hard time buying the one owner part. That thing was clearly built out by ENG in Walnut Creek. There's the (patched) hole in the roof from where the mast was removed. On a vehicle this old, I'd be curious about the low mileage as well. Part of me prefers vehicles that have been run and maintained to ones that have sat for long periods.
Generally I've been happy with our ENG as a starting point for our DIY interior. The insulation is pretty good in these. It's a bummer that the aluminum rack is missing on this one. It basically a roof deck.
Mine still has quite a bit of wiring and air hoses that I should remove to cut down on weight, I bet this one does as well.
