Aluminess bike rack swing arm/Deluxe box-DAMAGED

While out on some travels recently, I backed into a tree and damaged my Aluminess bike rack swing arm, deluxe box, and bumper. Long story short, I do not have the time or skill to fix them. My insurance company is replacing the entire rear bumper, swing arms, and box. I need to keep the bumper until my new one comes in, but I thought I would see if anyone would be interested in the swing arm and box. The swing arm is only about 3 months old and is the new tube style Aluminess is currently selling. The box is about 2 years old and has minor damage to the hinge side of the box (another tree), but I was able to fix it.

I am having to fork out money for my deductible, so I am hoping I can re-coop some of the cost by selling these. I tired to depict the damage as best as possible with pictures (cant figure out why they turned sideways). As for cost, I have no idea. Brand new they both sell for $675. I am willing to entertain offers. By the way, these are off an 2009 E350.

The swing arm appears square, it needs a new latch bracket welded on.

Ouch! Aluminum doesn't fix easily. That is the major downside compared to steel. Just a heads up to buyers.

Here are the photos of the box. It to appears square, it is the lower driver side corner that is damaged.

I had similar damage to my box after backing into a power pole. Using a hydraulic jack, wood blocks and wedges, and a BFH, I was able to re-shape everything to the point you almost cant see the damage. Aluminum is soft, and moves easily, the entire fix probably took 30 minutes.
