Burnt 4x4 SMB

Not mine, no affiliation.

I don't know if anything can be salvaged of this, but thought I'd post in case...

That will buff out.

Seriously though, they'll give me $3500 to tow it away? I guess they feel there's $3500 in value in the front and rear axles (assuming they're even salvagable)? If it's an SMB conversion, I'm not sure the aluminum case Atlas would survive a fire like that.

Looks more like a quigley conversion, I don't see anything that suggests it was a sportsmobile. No pop top, no passenger seat swivel, no rear transformable bench. I only see a single stick, suggesting no atlas transfer case. IMO, priced about 3000 to high.

If the seller wanted to sell the 4x4 parts, shouldnt he or she post pictures of the undercarriage?

Lol at the "Please don't waste my time." OK thanks for wasting other people's time with the pictures of the burnt parts.

Nice catch!!! Definitely 5 lug wheels.

I cannot imagine a single thing in this being usable. He needs to write the whole thing off THIS year since property loss deduction goes away, unless the loss is deemed a disaster by the POTUS.

Btw, pay your personal vehicle registrations this year if you normally itemize.

Tires are bald...completely worthless. I've never seen a 1/2 ton E150 converted into a 4x4...did Quigley or the others ever do them?
