This is a nice van, but just cause they have $30k + into it doesn't mean it's worth it. Company's make poor investments all the time... I'm not sure that it's worth $30K. To some buyers yes, but it has been for sale for a while as it was posted on here last fall and I remember commenting on it. So that says it was first listed over priced. To me with 4x4 its worth $38-42K based on my goofy spread sheet of vans listed/sold over the past 18 months. Of course this is always subjective and in Cali someone may pay this...
I wouldn't cause it's not 4x4, it's an RB and has a slider. Plus the conversion would be beyond what it worth to me... based on what available locally right now... not to hi jack this thread but I would rather have this -https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/6561061376.html way more capable vehicle and price correctly... maybe even a little low.
