Tough question. Maybe look at comparable SMBs for sale out there. This one (fairly comparable?) really struck me as a great deal: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=8194

Also by way of example, I sold my better equipped (did not have soap dispenser at sink though ) but a lot higher mileage '04 full SMB diesel for a lot less than the asking price of that '99. My gut is that they would be pretty good comps but others could very well disagree (engine, miles, etc.).
