Yeah, that was my guess. At first I thought it was a Trooper, but they didn't make them with that short of a wheelbase, and the rear door is wrong (I owned four "square" Troopers so am familiar with them).

I've seen DIY trailers of that type built from FWD mini van platform. The best engineered one I've seen was built from two early 2000's Dodge Caravans with dual sliding doors. (similar to this ) under the forward facing hatch was storage . the bed was in the center. and under the rear hatch was a teardrop style covered kitchen. forward facing taillight lens were replaced with clear EURO lens.
