Dodge and Chevy SMBs for sale

Sportsmobile - Class B camper van 2005 GMC 1 ton extended length - $36500 (Camas, WA)

2005 GMC(Chevy) EB 3500/ 6.0 V-8 engine, Sportsmobile conversion done at the Fresno facility, Class B van based motorhome
Miles: 35,500

Some of the options:
Sleeps 4: Penthouse top w/Bed (sleeps 2 up top), gaucho couches on the main level fold into a bed 68 x 54" to sleep 2 more. The passenger seat swivels to face the rear, so it is possible a small child could sleep there as well. AM/FM/CD/DVD, GPS w/ 6.5" Screen- Voice Activation for Navigation, upgraded speakers/subwoofer/amplifier, microwave, sink, refrigerator, Starcool A/C, Porta Potti, Exterior Shower & Porta Shower (removable shower for interior), 110V Hot Water Heater w/2.5 gallon tank, 16.5 gallon freshwater tank, awning, exterior light, ladder, limited slip rear differential, tow package, Magna Flow exaust, trailer brake controller, newer tires, well maintained and always stored in garage, sleeps 4, seats 6. It is not a 4WD/AWD, but does have a limited-differential for better traction (factory option). Also, because there isn't on board propane there isn't a gas range or oven and there isn't a furnace for heat. The original owner had a custom floor plan built this way, so it's either electric for indoor cooking and heat (small electric ceramic heater or hot plate both work great) or cook outsided, which is what we do almost 100% of the time.

We're the second owners, have all paperwork (maint.records, intructions, Sportsmobile conversion, etc.) Changed all fluids at 30k service ($500) including full synthetic motor oil (Mobil 1). We've been extremely happy with it and onloy selling for financial reasons. It's not something I intended to be used as a daily driver, and it's sitting in my garage far too much w/o being used to justify keeping it. $36,500 obo, email for more pics/info or to see it.

Some additional info: Full Class B motorhome, by Sportsmobile, which has been in business for over 50 years, has a great reputation, and excellent customer support. Because it is a Class B motorhome or van motorhome, it's possible to secure an RV loan where you may benefit from a RV Interest Deduction. Interest may be deductible from your federal income tax return as a second home (motorhome). Consult with your accountant though, as tax deductions can change from year to year. Another benefit is the relatively low cost of Motorhome Insurance. Motor-home or RV insurance rates are much less than car rates, and it's very inexpensive to insure in comparison. These benefits certainly make this a more affortable luxury. Additionally, this fits in my garage, unlike larger motorhomes, and therefore I do not have to pay for seperate storage. That was major consideration for me when I was debating between this and a larger motorhome. Anyway, I think these are all benefits worth considering on a Class B van based motorhome.
