The interior color will grow on you over time. My 89 has a mauve/rosy pink and grey interior. The price is definitely right if it is in good shape.

Jage has the right advice. I've done it lots of times. Florida flights are usually cheap too. Go with your gut on the communication with seller. No good communication? Not a good deal most likely.

The only issue I see is there is no plumbed water supply, except for the heat exchanger.

That and be cautious of a diesel tranny with that many miles, mine had only 122k when it went.

True, it's not a sink and gray water tank. Pretty minimal water system, but I guess if you really just want to wash feet, shower at the beach, etc. it makes sense. I'm not sure where I'd put a sink either, in that floorplan, if that was a must have.
