Ebay Espar D2's for cheap, sounds fishy?

I've been looking around for a deal on an espar d2, found these on ebay..

as far as i can tell its a legit unit, and looks like it comes with everything.
for being brand new its abnormally cheap. anything about these sound fishy to you guys?
if not its a great deal!

Only thing I see is that it's coming from Estonia. That is a pretty nice deal though. Best I have seen is 900 from Esparparts.com

I ordered my espar from Heatso.com, Great Britainn. Very good customer service, answered to every email I sent.

Personally I would be inclined to spend the extra 200 bucks and get it from esparparts in the US.
