Large Cargo/Roof racks on CL

I've seen this ad on CL for a while. Seems pretty inexpensive for a full size roof rack. They seem to be able to customize them as well. Anyone have one of these?

How heavy is what I'd be asking unless it's going on a hard top.

I contacted the ad and seemed OK. They will deliver the rack to your house for $15.00 which is usually on Saturdays. They have a couple ads on CL, one for the big rack, the other for a baja size rack for $269. The racks are COD which is good if you don't like it. They are made out in the desert somewhere near Arizona I think he said. Says you can walk on the rack like a Defender or Aluminess so it might be pretty heavy duty.

They look great, I'd make a trip and see the handiwork in person, COD notwithstanding.
