Nice rear bumper

From another great forum...
http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/t ... Ford-E-350

Seems well done, has swing out tire carrier... Worth a look anyway

Cheers

Re: Nice rear bumper

This is really tempting.....makes me wish I hadn't just installed an Aluminess spare carrier.

I like the integrated hitch. Everytime I put my Thule bike rack on I wish my hitch was higher off the ground.

When I had my Swing away tire carrier only, I used this for my Thule platform bike rack. Still have it to.

Re: Nice rear bumper

Hey Surfgeek,

Is that a hitch extension to provide clearance for the bike rack to clear the swing away rear tire carrier? I'm just scratching the surface of looking at bike racks for my rig. I have the original bumper on my 2003 Ford e350 with aluminess spare tire rack.

Re: Nice rear bumper

I have the Platform style rack that holds 2 bikes. I didn't really need the extension to clear the rack, but I wanted a little more height when installing the bike rack.

Re: Nice rear bumper

Hope you're local! They're HEAVY! It'll cost you more to ship than to just go get one locally probably.

Not trying to interrupt a sale, just sayin'.

Re: Nice rear bumper

I agree with 86Scotty.... This would be expensive to ship. If you're local, I'll consider selling it, just hanging out on my garage.
