Lol come on! It's a quantico special
Either it's got stories to tell or naps to conceal.

So call and offer him half his price

Ha! I just can't do it. Even if I had the cash I just can't overpay for a 7.3.

Long live the V10!

I saw that one for sale 10-ish months ago, I think for around $30k... I'm not sure it's got ~$35k in upgrades.

But it has super-spiffy custom 7.3L badging.

Have to wonder why Transit seats were added.

I'm no expert, but here's what I see. It's a 13 year old low mileage passenger van, well cared for, so I see maybe 20 grand for that, then add a Quigley 4x4 conversion, and yep seems like about 33k worth. But I'm not in the market, and ultimately the market decides. I think there is value to cherry Econolines which this one no doubt is. I also think there is value to the 7.3, but in my mind the market has gone insane over these things. Let's take a comparable substitute, the exact same van with a V10, close in power and torque, and use it in this example. would it go for 64k? Not a chance, probably more like 33k.

None of my opinion matters though, the market decides and people are crazy for low mileage 7.3l Econolines. I wish the seller luck, but I think he's a bit optomistic.

The $30K left in your pocket buys a lot of gas...especially when you consider the mileage difference of 3-4 mpg between the two...that would take a very long time to make up.
