Found these on CL. Not sure if they're a good deal at $80 each but these seem to be pretty rare.

Only if you can find a dealer with some old stock. And these parts are no longer carried on the Ford computer, so checking will be on a dealer by dealer basis.

Common price at pick and pull is $30-50 each. Given that they aren't common, $80 isn't too out there. How bad do you want them? Supply and demand.

If it's true that the windows were phased out due to liability concerns over exhaust gases entering the vehicle, I doubt any new, old stock (NOS) ones were allowed to remain at any dealerships, let alone be sold. I bet they were directed to be destroyed by Ford.

I doubt that is the issue since you can still get a Chevy van with tilt-out rear door windows.
