Take blue book for factory year (no 4x4) $23,000.00 add 10,000 for quigley, = $33,000.00. So way over priced. In this economy I'd offer about 29K.

They are down to $39k now, give them another 3 months..to get the price right.

I would think an '08 diesel, cargo or passenger van, would be more than $23K Blue Book. But yes, $50K, unless it has an RV interior, is way overpriced.
