Exactly what I'm looking for! I'm afraid that once I get the finances in order and get a ticket to Portland, it'll gone long gone
later,

Seems like a great price. Full float rear end too.
Should be the 5 speed auto vice 4 speed auto (even though you wouldn't know it from the column gear indicator).

Doesn't hurt to ask, he may want to camp another month with a buyer lined up. The ticket is the easy part!

Re: 2005 sportsmobile eb50 diesel 4x4 $45,000
Dang, I've been thinking of getting a newer, extended bed, 4X4 to replace mine, but I don't want to be a smuck and take a good deal away from someone that doesn't have a SMB and desperately wants one. I even have the cash. But then I would have to sell mine.

You sell yours to Jan, and you buy this one. Win-Win.

Re: 2005 sportsmobile eb50 diesel 4x4 $45,000
I think macmcintire has a good point: why help yourself to seconds when there are some at the table who have yet to eat. I appreciate the consideration, and will not waste the opportunity - 3 hour drive tomorrow to check it out and close the deal if it looks as good as it sounds.
This board has been an invaluable resource over the last 3-4 years while dreaming and hunting for a step up from our Westy. Thanks all.

Re: 2005 sportsmobile eb50 diesel 4x4 $45,000
Thanks for keeping me in mind... The purchase of an SMB is a bit more complicated than a car, and I'm watching and learning and getting ready for the day I get one.
Later,
jan
