SMB with wood-burning stove! San Diego CL

**NOT MINE**

Ok, this is the first time I've seen this: an SMB with a wood-burning stove inside.

I was trying to figure out what that is... an AC unit maybe? Any ideas?

That's what I thought at first, but upon second look, I do not see any A/C-type vents in the interior of the van, and the exterior does not have the hallmarks of an A/C system.

It looks to me that this is actually the solar system referenced in the description. From the passenger side, it looks like a rack with three stacked solar panels. From the driver's side, it looks like a single panel. Definitely something interesting going on there.

It's a Dickinson marine wood stove. Typical Dodge guy to be that cutting edge.

I like the sense of humor of you Dodge guys.

I'm going to put a wood stove in a van someday. It's getting pretty popular with the 'live in a Sprinter/VW' crowd.

Very nicely finished build.

A friend who pretty much lives off grid in his SMB fixed top put a wood burning stove in a few years ago. Hardest part was the sealing off the roof penetration. I have aways thought a pellet stove would be awesome in our rig.

Re Flux capacitor - agree, solar panel storage. Looks like one panel on top of the box and two other panels on slides.

Quite a few photos of vans with wood stoves on Instagram. The one in that van is a beautiful stove but, I would want some kind of hearth or something for the spillage.

Getting the Flux Capacitor is the easy part EB Enterprises 121G - Flux Capacitor | O'Reilly Auto Parts

The difficult part is the 1.21 gigawatts and the DeLorean.
