Ok, my 2¢ on the long wheelbase:

I had a 2007 LB Chevy with the same WB for a while. The long WB really reduced rear end hopping on bad, bumpy roads and also on those shitty SoCal cement jointed freeways. My current 04 Chevy B+ Van has the short WB and long overhanging rear end and its butt springs up and down so violently on bad roads that screws have fallen out of the A/C and roof vent frames and door hinges. Once the microwave actually broke loose from its mounting frame!

Yes, parking with the long WB can be a bit of a chore....pull forward, turn the wheel, back up, repeat, again x3. And I have been pinned in a couple of times in grocery store parking lots, when some one has parked too close next to me or too close behind me. I learned to plan ahead better for easier parking.

The main benefit with the long WB though really is a much smoother ride.

(Seller finally contacted me, with apologies, with answers to my questions tonight--Sunday--so I'll have to withdraw my earlier complaint about lack of response)

Seats don't swivel, PH roof is manual. Rear storage is approximately 60"x15"!
Couch bed is only 30" wide by 74" long, but I've asked for a clarification on the width as
that sounds a bit more narrow than standard SMB gauchos.
