There's actually a bunch of those out there, but with the standard transit doors and windows, it looks much more like a typical shuttle, except with the cab and bigger wheels.
Most of them were sold under the ELF brand (Extra Low Floor). It is front wheel drive, usually with kneeling rear air ride. Newer low-floor shuttles now use a notched frame for the door, and 4-corner air-ride with drop knuckles on the front axle which maintains the stock drivetrain.
