Re: Sweet Van

I actually like the color combo, both inside and out.

Interesting part of the ad though:
"This is a Classic Van, and collectable given its Pathfinder Package. You cannot buy a 4x4 Van. It is an aftermarket add on and stronger than any other 4x4 because of the longer wheelbase, and evenly distributed weight covering more surface area over the frame, unlike a truck where all the weight is in the front. I dare you to get this thing stuck."

Re: Sweet Van

.. ad says 14 bolt rear ..

Isn't a 14 bolt rear a GM full floater? But this is a Ford .. if true it would be a little odd but not impossible. Never heard of a GM axle on a Ford .. have heard of Ford 9in rear ends used everywhere.

Re: Sweet Van

This van was listed on Craigslist last summer in the North Carolina or Virginia area (can't remember exactly) for $8k - $9k. It was listed for months. I was looking for a van of this vintage at the time, only with the 7.3, and I thought long and hard about lowering my standards because it is sweet... But it looks like someone bought it and is trying to flip the thing as it now resides in Jackson WY. Buyer beware JSYK.

It was also for sale in Charleston SC last year (and it still is). Pics are the same as a year ago too. http://charleston.craigslist.org/cto/4261959110.html

People in Jackson Hole must have more money, or at least the seller thinks they do, it's $1000 more in Jackson Hole.

Re: Sweet Van

I saw that ad running. The area code listed for the WY ad is the Charleston area code. I was curious about looking at the van but never took the time to ride down.
