I'm posting this on behalf of my good friend Lauren. I sold him this kit last year but you may have seen my post where we picked up a salvaged 08 Quigley for dirt cheap. He'll be transferring all the drivetrain and 4x4 into his bus instead of doing the UJOR conversion.
Once you get the UJOR kit this is pretty much everything else needed to convert your van to 4x4. It includes:
Rebuilt 2004 Dana60 (BOM: 611337-2), stripped down and painted with Por-15. New seals, new bearings, 4.10 gears, new Eaton electric E-Locker, new dust shields.
Complete new front brakes (new calipers, new TBM rotors and pads)
Also included with the axle for free:
NV271 transfer case (not rebuilt but turns freely, feels good)
Tranny adapter.
Front driveshaft. (the rear driveshaft in the last pictures isn't included)
Front swaybar.
Upper u-bolt plate.
Warn premium locking hubs (a bit crusty but cleanable)
All parts crated and ready to ship. For shipping quote, the crate fits on a double pallet (approx. 8' long, 3'x3') and about 700lbs.

It is located in Vancouver BC but we can deliver for free up to Portland OR or similar distance from Vancouver.
