Thanks everyone. It was indeed the FCIM. Voltage was at about 29v. Check wires, harnesses, battery connections, fuses etc while we were in there. I shopped it pretty hard but eventually talked with enough people that I felt comfortable taking it to EIS Diesel in PDX. Felt very good about my experience. Guatemala here I come!

Whoa. 29V is very low. I would be surprised if that didn't damage the injectors. I'd recommend monitoring injector duty cycle under high load, and also cylinder contribution (aka cylinder balance).
