FICM question

Since I got a Scan gauge for The Van it allows me to obsess over more things while I drive. Monitoring the voltage of the FICM, it doesn't get up to 48.5 volts until the EOT gets to 190 degrees. The voltage floats between a low of 43 and high of 48.5. Once The Van gets up to operating temp, after about 10 miles, the FICM shows a constant 46.5 to 48.5 volts. The Van runs great, starts right up when cold, and after 80k miles I've had no issues, but should I be concerned about the short term low FICM voltage?

That's not normal. FICM voltage should always be above 45v. Lot's of possible causes, pretty widely covered if you google search "low ficm voltage".
