That's good news---it would seem dealership service departments have finally accepted they're in a competitive business and trying to act like it.

I do see parts prices have become more "fair" to a degree although when I need something OEM I'll look around online too. I've saved nearly 2/3 on some Motorcraft parts---it could be those I needed/wanted were slow moving items in inventory by parts sellers, sold to simply get rid of them. If I can't find any one part very competitively priced online I'll buy from the local dealership, need to maintain good will there.
