Help me identify this axle please

I got this full floating rear axle, i think it came out of a 2005 to 7 e350 passager van with RSC, i got it to replace my bent semi floating dana 60 on a 2014 van (with RSC)

It looks like its a full floating dana 60, i know there are better options but this is what i can get here in Chile, i was not able to find a sterling 10.5
I was told that there are dana 60 with dana 70 exterior casing, and that i could swap the interiors, is this the case?
My plan is to weld a truss on it to keep it from bending and relay on ff bearing for the added safety over the sf.
Anyone have any experience with the disk brakes? Can i use the ones that inhave on now?
Opinions?
Thanks.

Here’s the BOM results for your axle BOM that’s stamped on the tube and the tag:
https://www.axlebuilder.com/dana_60_rear_low_32.html

The data indicates a Dana 60 as expected, however, the bottom right stamp on the center section says 7099 and that is supposed to indicate the model number for the casting. So you may have the D70 center. You can confirm by checking if the differential housing is any larger than the cover. If the housing sticks up past the cover about 1/2” at the top, I think you do have the 70 casting. Regardless, If you aren’t towing very heavy (like over 16,000 pounds combined) I don’t think you’ll really benefit from the larger ring and pinion. The link above does sell a bolt-on truss to strengthen the assembly against bending.

As for the brakes…. The 2005-2007 (and older) axles had a smaller rear brake assembly. You would at least need to transfer over the brake-backing plate from your current axle, and I’m not sure if that component is compatible between the semi and full-float axles. Also, I believe the tooth count is slightly different between ‘05-‘07 and ‘08+ RSC systems, so you’d also need to transfer tone-rings to maintain RSC and ABS (and brake biasing).

Thanks, i took some meassurments on different points and it look to be the same as my sf d60.
Now i think there could be an issue with the tone ring, because they are completely different.

This pic is from the d60 ff that i want to swap in:

I have to take the c-clips to take the axle out, and just then i would be able to see if the brakes and abs sensors are transferable.

I'll share the info in case someone might need it.
