OK, I am looking at a sheet that I was sent by SMB, and it says for the Amsoil system folks, that you should change the OIL first after you have driven 6k miles.

And then after one more oil change, you only change the FILTERS, and not the oil every 15k miles (or 1 year). When changing the two filters, the top off will require 3 qts of oil.

That sounds pretty simple. Well, simple after the first 33 qts of oil.

Does that sound right?

Holy Amsoil

I am a twenty five plus year advocate of oil analysis and I have to say that the Amsoil has provided result's that VERY IMPRESSIVE ! with that said I to will probably cut the recommended intervals in half .
