At 500k I drained all the oil for the first time.
Replaced stock injectors at 550k for stock rebuilts. After this trip I wish I had gone with 160's. That little bit of umph would have been nice, but when that time came I could not find anyone who would help with a tuner for a DPC-315 PPB2 PCM so we stayed with the 90cc stock injectors.

Currently 275k on my '99 E350 which I bought in 2001 with 65k. Engine is stock with a tow tune and recent addition of a 4" exhaust. Doesn't use any oil between 5k mile change intervals. Replaced the water pump in '07. It will need a new radiator soon. The transmission went out right when I bought the van and unfortunately another 2 times after that. But, this was due to some inept trans shops both times. :/ Looking to hit the half a million mile mark for sure.

187k on my 1995 7.3, original trans (as far as I know)

Regular oil and filter changes w/Rotella and Rev-X oil additive.

I think the PO had the lift pump seals done.
I just replace the original radiator (my experience is these plastic tank radiators don't last more than 20yrs, and I replacing the other hoses, belts and coolant, and it only cost $150 and an additional 30min).

The Surprise has 127,000 on it at 13 years old. All stock, no chipping, oil changes at 3,000 intervals.

316,450 miles. The motor was pulled 5k ago and had a new HPOP, turbo rebuild and water pump installed. All the internals are original.
