How many miles should I expect out of my BFG's?

I've had problems with all the BFGs ATs I've owned, 5 or 6 sets, with the exception of the ones on my F250. I finally am getting away from them, got Toyos on the SMB and Jeep and am going for Nittos on the F250 if I can ever make it to the tire shop.
