Looks like Transit Europe will be going plug in hybrid

This is the first meaningful threat to me keeping my van forever.

Imagine being able to tap into and top off a stock a 7-9kw battery. That might be worth giving up 4x4.

AWD (or 4x4) transit plugin would be too good to ignore.

I read that might be "coming to America" also. If you had electric motors on all 4 wheels like a Tesla, that might be a nice deal.
