Orange Antifreeze?

Just bought another 1999 E350 EB with rear HVAC and this one seems to have orange antifreeze...... Can I use DexCool then? My other 99 had green.
Manual says it could have green or orange but I've never seen one with orange in it.
Thanks

I use:
In my 7.3 with a filtering system and has been great.
A few months back a friend with a 5.4 F150 wanted to flush his system and used the same stuff and also is happy with it.
It's concentrated and only $15 a gallon, I cut it 50/50 with distilled water so it comes to $7.50 a gallon...

I hear Zerex GO-5 is the same as what Ford uses and has good reviews.

Is it orange?
Just worried that it may not mix.
I just dumped from the petcock and at first I thought it was rust, but as the pan filled it was definitely orange.
My Subarus run blue.
2010 E350 is yellow.
83 BMW is green.
Never thought I'd get stumped by coolant. LOL

The green and orange coolants do not mix. if your car was born with green stay with green. If born with orange stay with orange. See the owners manual.

That’s the funny part. The manual says they could have either. Nothing dictates what went with what.

Like I said, this is the second 99 I’ve owned in 2 months. One was a 5.4 with green, this one is a 5.4 with orange. If both are factory, it makes no sense.

Opps I forgot to mention the Rotella ELC is strawberry red.
The Zerex GO-5 I think is orange colored.

My 2002 manual said yellow. If in Oregon then the factory color was green. No clue as to why.

I never knew there were diffferent colors of antifreeze. Besides the, what is the difference?
