Whether anything is “worth it” is very subjective, and depends greatly on what you are trying to accomplish. Assuming you have room to install one without relocating other equipment (hard to tell from pictures), what are your goals?
Like with most things there are pros and cons, and in the case of sway bars it seems to me that you may be able to improve on-highway performance but at the expense of off-road performance. Unless you go to a disconnectable sway bar setup wouldn’t it reduce your axle articulation for off-road driving? Or are you worried that the van will tip over during off-roading?
It’s not even a given that adding a rear sway bar will help on-highway performance. It depends on specific circumstances so you can’t go by what others have experienced unless very similar vans. A sway bar’s main function is to increase roll stiffness which should reduce the amount the van leans on turns, but that loads tires differently. As an example, a van could end up leaning less but having too much oversteer which is not a good thing.
My personal tendency is to not try to fix a problem unless I’m certain that I have one.
