Looking to do this in the Spring too (haha, just realized what I did there), interested on how it turns out for you so far seems good, I want to get progressive leafs like you did and get rid of the liftblocks, and Agile RIP to finish it off.

I just spent half an hour writing an update and then it blew up. Since I'm on the road I don't have time to rewrite it now, stand by. The short of it is, the springs are great.

I know a good leaf spring manufactor (custom made) in Togo/Africa. The will do even a parabol spring for you. Price about 800 USD. But how to transport them to the states?

Since I'm on the road I'm limited to hunt and peck on my IPad so this will be brief, but my new springs are great. Everything fit perfectly, supplied hardware was all correct, cost was less than half of Dever with delivery in a couple weeks rather than months, and the ride is way better. It's like I let twenty pounds out of the rear tires. I can't recomend Alcan spring highly enough.

I've now put about 2k miles on the new springs, and so far, the ride is great. The only issue is that they have settled a bit, lowering my ride height resulting in the rear of the van being a bit lower than level. I'll be talking with Alcan next week to order new front springs, and will also discuss the best way to return the rear back to level.
