I been driving the vehicle now for a week and what a difference, most notably is the much lower exaust temperatures, parhaps due to better oil circulation. I put the foot to the metal, all the way to the metal, on a steep hill and it top off at ~ 1050 F. It has much better response and it feels much stronger at the lower RPMs.

Rich did told me that the turbo was pretty dirty and the Bearing was gone, I was a bit surprised about that's as I'm always adding additive to the DSL, perhaps I wasn't driving it hard enough....
