So,all you motorheads out there, I've got a question for ya.
What do you think of Turbo-Maxx? I read nothing but good reviews about it.
My ? is will it be compatible with synthetic oil? I have a 6.0 with 70K. Not bulletproofed. It has Amsoil duel filters but I use Ford 10/40 synthetic oil, Ford Gold coolant. Just want to prevent stiction,don't have it yet,but what I read problems start around 85K.
I'm with Bbasso - always been skeptical of that type of stuff...BUT, I had also discovered (in numerous searches) that many people do use some sort of additive. So i finally convinced myself It couldnt hurt, and ended out trying one (Turbo maxx). Not an advocate for any particular product, but the results were enlightening & unexpected:
