5 star tuning, talk to Mike, it's a good setup and actually works, they change fuel mapping, trans shift schedules, all kinds and to whatever your liking. I have it and it's really nice.

So i dont have the v10, but just loaded tunes from 5star on my 6.0PSD, i had Mike change the street tune to be a little more conservative, HOLY SMOKES comepletely wakes up the van, shifts are a bit more crisp and firm, just putting around town it drives the same as stock, hammer down on it and once the turbo lights it takes off!

Once i provided Mike with my strategy code, i got all the tunes emailed to me within a few hours. very pleased with 5 star tuning. would have no second guesses about recommending 5 star tuning to ya.

5 Star Tuning. "Ford 6.8L V10 RV/motorhome X3 Power Flash Device (#3015-RV)" with a custom tune. Not cheap, but it's the only tuner that worked for me and my van's Ford V10. (I didn't request a power or efficiency boost from 5 Star -- only improved transmission lockup & removal of the top speed limiter.)

In the past, I also tried Superchips 1714 MAX Micro Tuner and the DiabloSport Predator U7152. It turned out that neither of these properly (without issues) supports the Ford V10 engine when it's in an E-series van (instead of a F-series pickup truck).
