1.7 cu.ft refrigerators - what fits?

I'm looking at a 1.7 cubic foot refrigerator, and can get a good deal on one tomorrow. I'm having a hard time figuring out what will fit in there, though - does anyone here have one? Could I fit the usual six-pack, a couple liters of milk for the kids, some deli meat and veggies and yogurt in there? Does anyone have a picture of one with food inside that they could share?

Thanks very much!
Mike.

Edit: Just researched it, ours is a 2.7. Sorry

If this is the standard size the SMB offers, then we have the same one. Milk is very important to us, since my 3 y/o loves it. Here's what we can fit:

Door:
Bottom Shelf- 2 half gallon milk and a medium bottle of juice
Top Shelf- Fruit snacks, yogurt, jello etc.

Fridge:
Bottom Shelf- 1/2 dozen eggs, veggies, packs of hotdogs, etc.
Middle Shelf- a couple of 6 packs of what ever, bottled water (laying on its side, stacked on top of each other)
Top Shelf- Frozen meat (food that needs the most cooling)
Freezer- Frozen Food

Our unit can store food for 3-4 people for 2-3 days before restocking.

Sorry no real world experience, but look close- that's not a six pack, and it looks like the olives are next to the pickles.

Personally I find the 4cf small, however I have to cover multiple weeks of specialty food that I cannot purchase on trips.

A bit off topic.... but regarding milk.

You can buy the box milk that doesn't need refidge and can last for a couple of months.

But if you do.... refridge and get the milk cold before serving. Most of the folks who dislike the stuff do so because they tried it luke warm and milk is suppose to be cold. If you do it this way you only need to keep one or two quarts in the fridge at a time instead of a weeks worth.

Thanks all! Ray, even though yours is a 2.7 it's helpful - I can work backwards from your stocking list.

Cheers,
Mike

Re: 1.7 cu.ft refrigerators - what fits?

Picked up the 1.7 today - it's small, but not as small as it's made to look in the picture that jage posted... the inside is angled on the left, and the right side goes really far back. That six pack could actually be an 8 or 10 pack and still fit. I managed to stuff a couple liters of milk, a few beers, and a bunch of meat, vegetables, and dairy in there for a trial fitting today I think they make it look small in that photo, so that you end up buying the bigger one for more money!

It's no 4 cubic foot, and I'm sure I could think of ways to fill up a 2.7, but I'm impressed at how much food I can fit into this one.

Cheers!
Mike.
