I just posted on my Norcold 2.7 cu ft thread the specifics of the install.

Short answer here is that I contacted Peter Del Toro at SMB West (Peter is the man!!) and he told me the solution they use. The spacers on the bottom of the refrigerator are the problem. No need to reverse the brackets, as I was about to do. Just move the refer spacers. I did reverse the elevator bolts at the top of the L-bracket to create a bit more space on the side, but angling the spacers gave me the clearance I needed and the fridge is in.
