Favorite Ford Dead Pedal/Foot Rest?

My Tacoma had a great dead pedal/foot rest, heavy duty plastic of some kind, solid and held your foot with some friction. I'm looking to get something into the van that will beat having my foot sliding on the carpet. Anybody have one they've used and liked? Tips on installation?

I saw this online and thought it was a pretty good idea.

Heavy Duty Wheel Chock as footrest.

Looks like a good idea, but my dead pedal area is already so high, I don't think it would accommodate that. Thinkin I need something like this and hoping it's not too flimsy:

For $11, guess I can't go too far afield...
