I have had good luck at the Ford parts counter. Just make sure to give them the VIN so they can look up what the correct trim colors are.

I have a basic cargo van with grey interior up front (dash-door panels) but the side doors and the rear doors have black plastic door panels and black grab handles . This may explain the black handle plugs .

I had a similar experience years ago with plastic parts for a Jeep Cherokee interior. Came to learn that they mass produce one color only and you have to paint to match. This is something I've also discovered through normal wear and tear on the interior of some vehicles - the paint on the doghouse, door sills, etc. will wear or scratch off with use.
