my norcold runs but wont cool AND Starcool needs service

Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot? It turns on and runs but won't cool. Where should I hit it with a hammer???? Also, any one in orange county ca know how to service a Starcool fan box in a RB50??

On my Norcold, I found I had a loose crimp on one of the power wires leading to the fridge. Once I corrected that, my Norcold was back to cooling properly.
