Rear cabin 3 point seatbelts

Been looking to replace my seat belt in my Bronco with either just a replacement 3 point seatbelt, or a harness, and came across this 3 point which also looks to be a good fit for vans if you're adding seats in the back. It includes a 'long sash' which effectively lowers the should mounting point by 8 inches, making the shoulder belt far more comfortable as it comes across your shoulder rather than your neck.
