Sienna Seats?

So I'm about to pull the trigger on adding a Sienna seat to my E350 but don't need or want the full leather reclining versions I see installed so often. Everything seems straight forward installation wise, nothing too complex I can't handle it DIY. I'm talking with Jer @ Base-Fab and he's suggested a second row captain's chair from 2011+ for my needs, cloth covered. (This won't be a problem as I'm also talking with Sue at DecorAuto about suitable Cordura seat covers--this is after all a work van so stellar appearance NOT a priority.

Question is would the improved comfort and body support of the upscale reclining seats be similar in the captain's chairs? I don't really have issues with the stock Ford seats but like that the Toyota seats seem to have bolsters along the thigh areas which is a desirable addition I believe.

Here's photos of the seats Jer is offering:

Just looking for real-world users who have some experience with this sort of conversion.

TIA

From my experience, the cushioning is nearly the same between the recliner and the captain's chair you pictured. I was once trying to figure out if the black leather from the non-recliner could be made to work on the recliner and it wouldn't quite fit but they were pretty close dimensionally.

Thanks MG---the cushioning is my largest concern as I don't really need or want the recliner features.

I'm waiting on my good buddy Sue @ DecorAuto to see lead time and cost of Cordura covers for one of these seats.
