dutch oven in a inner tube ( remember those?) cover it with a sheet of glass or plastic. it works amazingly well.

Vegasrandall, your idea for sun tracking is actually pretty great. A system like the ones use for telescopes might do it. Not for the chair, that was just a joke (although it would pasturize water pretty well),but for a real oven.
