Hey Rexracer530 - do you mind posting pictures or explaining the process for swiveling with an advanced conversion shifter? I messed with mine for a good 20 minutes before I decided it wasn't doable.

Re: Swiveling Driver seat - Guessing on this Josh - Should be tilt seat back all the way forward. Slide seat base nearly all the way forward. Rotate the front of the seat towards the middle of the van as far as it can go. If needing to clear the shifter (if it can clear), may require then opening the driver door and sliding the seat backwards a bit to allow it to rotate and still clear the shifter. Let me know if that works. I do not have a floor shifter as Agile installs Electric Transfer case switch.

On my SMB installed swivel seat with Quigley shifter, I actually have to move the seat forward and back several times as I turn the seat.. Move it all the forward, start the turn, move it back to clear shifter, turn the seat more, move it up to clear door etc, etc.

1der you know what - that is exactly what I did with the passenger side base (I bought the two bases at different time) I forgot about the process until you just refreshed my memory. I'll fix it tomorrow. I put it in in a hurry this time because of an upcoming road trip.

Jsweezy the process is just as 1der described I have to fiddle with moving the seat back forward and back a bit with the door partially open on the driver side but it clears the shifter without any problem. I'll try to get some pics of it tomorrow.

@1der - I know these swivels won't work with the Sienna footrest recliners on the driver side (gets in the way of the module under the driver seat?) but do you or anyone else know if they'll work for driver and passenger with the non-footrest Siennas? Can't seem to find a good photo or explanation of how/why this works for the stock seat but not Siennas.

Hi Otter, I have not seen or mounted the Sienna seats so I do not have any ideas on works/ does not work. The stock seat bolt pattern and rake work with the Swivel Bases I have.

Perhaps the seat bases for the aftermarket style seats might work. Remember you have the floor plate bolt pattern to match to, as well.

mgmetalworks makes a base for mounting the Sienna's in Econolines, perhaps a PM to him would be good. I think Chris at UJOR, does something around the Sienna's as well, so he may also be a good source of info.

I have to do the same with my passenger side. And open the door. I was thinking perhaps they installed the wrong base (i.e. a driver side swivel on the passenger side), but it sounds like these are goofy no matter what. I thought it was just me...
