Looks like a really nice interior shaping up. How did you glue your furring strips up to the fiberglass? Also what are you planning to do with the unfinished edge between the top and the van?

Thanks! This is the standard Marathon fabric that everyone has been using lately, I got mine from Perfect fit since its just downtown for me but you can order it online from them as well.

Thanks, I tried gluing strips to my van twice and didnt have much luck both times but it turned out to be a blessing that it didn't. I ended up utilizing the flat strips that were built into the top as a place to put my support and just used 2x4s and some alum angle to make roof supports and thats what my panels are attached to. You'll see in the picture attached. Nice thing about this is it supports the weight of the top but isnt attached to the top so flexing shouldnt be an issue.
I am going to just make an L shaped piece or trim to cover those edges and it will also make it easy access for wiring.
Edit - Its hard to tell in these photos but the 2x4 comes straight down to meet with that unfinished edge of the roof and the panels I made cover that edge.

No problem, if you have any more questions let me know.
One thing I forgot to mention with the supports is that the top 2x4 is resting on the side 2x4s and the alum angle is just there to keep them both lined up.

I glued in some furring strips to use with my future headliner. Made some Kerf cuts for the contours of the roof. Then made some make shift clamps out of 2x4's. The strips are solid. I used West systems six 10 thickened resin glue. Expensive but it works well. I used about a half a tube for 4 strips this size. I still have a few more pieces to put in. Mostly to frame in fully where the Maxxair fan will be located.

That is looking good, can't wait to see it in person. I send you a text next time I'm in Boulder or close to Ned. Of course I know you might be traveling but worth a shot. Hope all is well.
