wow! I knew Mike could really wake up a diesel, but 80HP??? That's cool.

That's what the tune is called. Not sure if it's truly 80hp and even then it's probably to the crank.

Hi Lift mounted, book just came in, ready to hit the road maņana.

Diamond Eye 4" turbo back with 5" tip installed (rumbles at start up, very beefy/manly overall, turbo spool whistles, noticeable drone under load, not crazy cabin vibration, but def more than stock, let's see how it is on my trip to Big Sur)

Heat wrap, clamps, and coating will run you $95 alone. Hope it's worth it.

Do you get better miles per gallon with the exhaust and tuner?
I have a 2001 E350 Quigley....have you had any maintenance with your van with that many miles?

Sold the Yakima Swingdaddy

And bought the Hollywood Sport SE

For $280 it was well worth the money. Compared to my Swibgdaddy and my buddies Thule T2, wobbles alot less (it's got a cool hitch receiver tightening feature I haven't seen on other manuf racks), slightly better build quality, thoughtful engineering, tighter fittings, easy install, mount and dismount bikes in minutes, feels secure, bike sits lower so you have better visibility if mounting in a front tow hitch receiver. Since its pretty much dedicated to the front I can't comment on its convenience to use the tilt function for rear cargo access.

We've got the same rack but in the 1 1/4" flavor. It works awesome, and certainly makes it hard to justify racks that are twice as much! We love how easy it is to mount and dismount the bikes and it is so nice compared to many roof mounts that you have to take the front wheel off.

You have the same wheels I had on my 2002.

Remove them and check between the lug nut holes for cracks, ASAP.

So stoked they fit. Nato Jerry cans 20L from Deutche Optik between the top rails of my Aluminess galley box. I got 2 for sale with one spout. I bought the 4 pack but only need 2. I'll post in classifieds soon.
