New electric PH to on my rb 2015 Transit, track broke

Howdy all,
We just had a new electric PH top installed. While driving in Baja for the last three weeks a bolt in the drivers side track broke! Is there a guarantee on this ? It is newly installed in January. I have to make contact with the factory in Fresno, this week to see what is to be done. Just returned from Mexico.
We love the PH while it worked. It is our only bed, is there a backup method to raising the top if the motor fails?

Wouldn't this be the perfect set of questions to ask their customer services?

I had two issues with my Austin-installed electric top within the first six months of ownership. Fresno took care of them both under warranty, no questions asked.

Send an email to Peter Del Toro at Sportsmobile (p.deltoro@sportsmobile.com) and explain your problem. Peter has a lot of responsibilities at SMB and may take a couple of days to get back to you but he will take care of it.
