New SMB Owner 2016 MB 4x4 Sprinter

Just popping in to introduce ourselves. We just picked up our 2016 MB Sprinter Sportsmobile in November. We're heading back to the "Mothership" (Fresno) next month to get some minor things worked on (awful rubbing sound from galley when driving, interior molding around rear side window unattaching from wall, very annoying high pitched sound when furnace runs in low, etc.)

Hoping to learn more about our vehicle and possibly some do's and don'ts on here!
