Canvas replacement in New England?

I am searching for a thread/post about someone on here that had their canvas/ clear plastic windows replaced in New England... maybe Berlin, NH or Keene, NH?

IIRC they had the work done at a custom shop, and they had an insulation layer.

Had no luck with search, so far, and the 'webs yield no trail, maybe I'm just imagining all this...

No, you're not crazy. Well, at least not about this. I remember the same, but I don't remember the New Hampshire part.

I remember New Hampshire only because we travel in that a region a lot, and are targeting NH as a possible place to move... sorta filed it in the "hey, you need to remember this info" drawer... sigh

Except this was just installing an SMB top.

The way I read the original post is that the OP bought a new SMB replacement canvas top and the folks in NH installed it.

Well if you do move there let me know. Leggz always wants to explore more craft breweries and there are plenty along that route.

That's the one ... Bemis Upholstery, Berlin, New Hampshire... what's the diff, right?

Triple Thanks and a six-pack for digging it up!

I tried to talk with Ms. Nancy at SMB North today about redoing my 21-year-old top... plastic windows as a start, all the way up to replacing the whole thing. Much to my surprise, and against her forum legend, she declined to even look at it at any level. She said I should try TX or CA. (kinda not what I expected)

So I'm going to try and get a canvas replacement done through Bemis.

Christine and I are just weeks away from moving to the Berkshire Mountains region of Western Massachusetts (assuming our real estate contract closes properly), so, Bemis is in the neighborhood.

Congrats! That's a beautiful area, and quite a bit different than Mississippi!
