Current Van Shipping Options

After reading through an absolute debacle of a shipping experience from an older thread on here, does anyone have a good current resource for getting a van from CO to CA? I need to get mine to Agile in late July/early Aug. We will be flying in and driving it home, but are trying to avoid driving it there as well. It already has a lift and 33s on it so it's ~8' tall already, maybe a little more.

Have heard horror stories of people saying they would pick it up and then bailing last minute and/or suddenly changing their rates (looking at you, uship). It's apparently not as easy of a task to get done as I would have thought.

Thanks

I have done the fly and drive for a few people here if you can't find a shipper. Just pay expenses.

Where's your home base? I.e. would you need a flight from X to CO, then back from CA?

Montway auto transport has done a nice job for me. I think you would want to talk to them and let them know it will have to be on the top of the shipper, but they could likely accomodate. However, I agree that having someone drive it is the best way to go. Should be cheaper/same cost as shipping.

Have you looked into using a hot shot service? They typically are a white glove service and are very flexible/accommodating however that comes at a cost.
